This is a Dairy Free / Gluten Free Product. Using Rice Flour only, this is a very light banana bread with only Egg Whites, a touch of Golden Light Brown Sugar and almost a pound (1 lb) of bananas in each loaf.
For those with allergies we will avoid using eggs and use banana & honey instead. They are just as moist and soft and delicious as any other scone. If you fancy raisins or nuts we'll bake 'em in there!!

A twist on the original, we use a mix of Whole-wheat Flour and King Arthur's White Flour and add raisins and caraway seeds to create an old classic for you to enjoy. Try it warm with butter...delicious!!
